Refund policy
Returns
Booth and Bear aims to provide high quality prints. However if you are not completely satisfied with your order we operate a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
We don't currently offer paid returns which means you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return unless the product is incorrect/ faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return:
1) Tell us you want to return an item by emailing us at hello@annabooth.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2) Make sure your return is sent within 30 days of your purchase.
3) Your print must be unused and in it's original packaging.
4) Please use a tracked service for any returns.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and let us know straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and rectify any issues as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of custom prints unless they are damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything is ok, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
